Per-se Developments has created a body of work unique in Canberra residential development. Rather than setting out to merely build apartments, Per-Se seek individual inspiration from each potential site to craft homes, with the needs and desires of future residents firmly in mind. The design principles of Aspire can be found echoed in other Per-Se developments, such as Soho in Kingston (a finalist in the 2006 HIA ‘Apartment Project of the Year’), or Element and Meridian in Braddon.
